目的：观察氟桂利嗪合并小剂量阿司匹林治疗偏头痛的疗效。方法：偏头痛病人１００例随机分为２组，治疗组５０例（男性９例，女性４１例；年龄３３±ｓ７ａ）用氟桂利嗪５ｍｇ，ｐｏ，ｑｄ，阿司匹林０．１５ｇ，ｐｏ，ｑｄ；对照组５０例（男性８例，女性４２例；年龄３３±７ａ）用氟桂利嗪１０ｍｇ，ｐｏ，ｑｄ。２组治疗均为８ｗｋ，并随访６ｍｏ。结果：治疗组总有效率为９０％，对照组为７２％，２组疗效差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０５）。副作用发生率分别为８％和１６％（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论：氟桂利嗪合并小剂量阿司匹林对偏头痛有较明显的治疗作用，且能预防复发。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of flunarizine combined with aspirin in treating migraine. Methods: One hundred patients with migraine were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group consisted of 50 patients (9 males and 41 females; age 33 ± s7a) were treated with flunarizine 5mg, po, qd, aspirin 0.15g, po, qd ; Control group of 50 patients (8 males and 42 females; age 33 ± 7a) with flunarizine 10mg, po, qd. Two groups of treatment were 8wk, and follow-up 6mo. Results: The total effective rate was 90% in the treatment group and 72% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The incidence of side effects were 8% and 16% (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Flunarizine combined with low-dose aspirin has obvious therapeutic effect on migraine and can prevent recurrence.
