当职高班主任多年来的一个深刻体会是:师生共写集体日记,是对学生进行日常行为管理和细致思想工作的一条有效途径。为什么要倡导并组织写集体日记?这是因为职高生大多十六、七岁,正处于自我意识增强的阶段。他们对父母、对老师的依赖性在逐渐减弱,其思想与情感已经不想轻易地表露出来,认为过多的情感暴露会使自己显得幼稚、单纯,容易被人瞧不起。同时,他们又有区别于其他普高学生的特殊心理:他们很多并不是喜欢当职高生的。当初他们进入职中大都是因为不得不面对
