1.问题的提出研制一个能适应线性调频脉冲压缩系统的中频对数放大器是很必要的。这种对数放大器有它一定的特点:频带宽;在所要求的频带内平坦度好;相位失真小;对数特性在小信号下有一段线性范围,这就是指对数起点应在杂音电平以上3db 处;此外,为了确保晶体管的寿命,还要求 A 放大器(K_A=1)的功耗要控制在晶体管额定功耗的三分之一附近。经过一段时间摸索,已制作了几种不同要求的宽带对数放大器。现将其中的一种数据列于表1。
