几年来,遵循伟大领袖毛主席关于“实践、认识、再实践、再认识”的教导,用CTS-4B型超声波探伤仪、频率2.5MHz、机油为耦合剂,结合低倍检查、断口试验和金相分析,对大型锻件内部缺陷的性质、分布情况及大小作了摸索验证。饼形锻件以两端面为主要探测面,轴类和碗形锻件以圆周表面为主要探测面。探测面光洁度为(?)5~(?)6,起始灵敏度为与工件等厚度深的φ2平底孔,反射波高至满幅度。本文主要介绍锻钢件白点、夹渣、中心爆裂和中心疏松等缺陷的探测分析结果。
