研究了适用于一般坑式热处理炉用高铝浇注料的配料组成、生产工艺及其对使用性能的影响。结果表明，于矾土水泥结合的高铝质浇注料中添加少量外加剂，可比原砖衬提高寿命３～５倍。
The composition of the high aluminum castable for general pit heat treatment furnace, its production process and its influence on the service performance were studied. The results show that the addition of a small amount of admixture to alumina-castable with alumina cement can raise the life expectancy by 3-5 times compared with the original brick lining.
