采用150 W光纤泵浦模块双向端面泵浦Nd:YLF晶体,使用Zemax光学设计软件,设计了使泵浦光成像比例为1.0∶1.5的4片式耦合光学系统,并利用高速RTP晶体电光腔倒空技术,得到了短脉宽、高稳定性和高光束质量的1 053 nm激光输出。当重复频率为1 Hz、注入能量为32 mJ时,输出脉冲宽度为2.5 ns、能量为6.5mJ和均方根(RMS)为1.13%的高光束质量脉冲激光。在重复频率200 Hz、注入平均功率为13.1 W时,输出的激光脉宽为2.5 ns,平均功率为2.2 W,光-光转换效率为16.8%,光束质量因子M2x为1.04、M2y为1.05。
Using a 150 W fiber pump module bidirectional end-pumped Nd: YLF crystal, a 4-chip coupled optical system with a pump light imaging ratio of 1.0: 1.5 was designed using Zemax optical design software.
