祁连山国家级自然保护区的人口问题是关系到区域经济社会发展的核心问题,研究人口因素对经济发展的影响,对保护区未来的可持续发展具有重大而深远的意义。本文基于数据包络分析方法,通过设计科学合理的指标体系,讨论了2007年保护区所涉及的八个县(区)人口因素对地区经济发展的影响,并利用统计软件MATLAB7.0进行了实证分析。评价结果表明,保护区人口的各因素配置较合理,有五个县(区)的DEA有效值达到1,对地区经济发展具有良好的促进作用。
The population problem of Qilian Mountain National Nature Reserve is the core issue related to the regional economic and social development. Studying the impact of population factors on the economic development is of great and far-reaching significance for the sustainable development of the protected areas in the future. Based on data envelopment analysis, this paper discusses the impact of eight county (district) population factors on regional economic development in 2007 by designing a scientific and rational index system and makes an empirical study using statistical software MATLAB7.0 analysis. The evaluation results show that the various factors of the population in the reserve are more reasonable, and the effective value of DEA in five counties reaches 1, which has a good promotion effect on the regional economic development.
