本文着重研究取样方向对GH128合金冷轧板热疲劳性能的影响。设计六种不同缺口形状试样进行试验研究,结果表明:纵、横向热疲劳性能的差异随着试样缺口半径的增大而显著,试样缺口半径R=0.1毫米时其差异不甚明显。横向寿命高于纵向。纵、横向寿命的对数与试样缺口半径呈线性关系,且其寿命随试样缺口半径的增大而提高。
This article focuses on the impact of sampling direction on the thermal fatigue properties of GH128 cold-rolled sheet. Six different notch shapes were designed and tested. The results show that the differences of thermal and thermal fatigue between longitudinal and transverse directions are significant with the increase of notch radius. The difference is not obvious when the notch radius R = 0.1 mm. Lateral life expectancy above the vertical. The logarithm of vertical and horizontal lifetimes is linear with the notch radius of the sample, and its lifetime increases with the increase of the notch radius.
