当前,基督教在基层社会快速发展,对社会秩序的影响是一致性与冲突性并存。政府需加强对基督教传播的依法治理与引导,一方面限制权力,收缩职能,把对基督教发展的行政管控转变为依法引导;另一方面,在基督教发展的组织目标、组织数量、组织行为和组织交往上,通过建立和完善法律法规严格规范,使其发展限定在微观社会要素范畴,真正成为公民的私事,避免升级为规模社会现象、形成中观社会结构。
