采用组织培养方法研究了盐胁迫下外源脯氨酸对大豆离体胚再生植株生长状况及生理特性的影响。结果表明,盐胁迫下外源脯氨酸减小大豆再生植株茎粗、增大株高、促进根系生长发育;增加游离脯氨酸及可溶性糖的累积,其中前者含量增加显著;促进K+、Mg2+的吸收,降低Na+、Cl-的含量;增加含水量、降低渗透势。外源脯氨酸有缓解盐害对大豆再生植株渗透胁迫的效应。
Tissue culture method was used to study the effects of exogenous proline on the growth and physiological characteristics of somatic embryos regenerated from soybean in vitro. The results showed that exogenous proline reduced the stem diameter, increased the plant height, promoted the root growth and development of roots, increased the accumulation of free proline and soluble sugar, and the content of the former prolonged significantly, promoted the growth of K + and Mg2 + Of the absorption, reduce Na +, Cl- content; increase water content, reduce the osmotic potential. Exogenous proline has the effect of alleviating salt stress on the osmotic stress of soybean regenerated plant.
