图书馆是搜集、整理并收藏图书资料供人参考、阅览的教育机构,有参与社会教育、开发信息资源、保存人类文化遗产等职能。随着现代信息技术的快速发展以及图书馆的免费开放,使得图书馆有了新的发展契机,而与此同时,读者也对图书馆的一些服务功能提出了更高更新的要求。本文在此背景下简单论述了图书馆服务功能的开发与创新。
