建安十三年(208年)发生的赤壁之战,是中国古代著名的战例,历史文献没有明确记载大战的具体发生地,因此时至今日“赤壁”在何处仍存在争议。对这一问题的研究,最基本的出发点应当是忠实于《三国志》的记述。湖北大体上有七个“赤壁”说;对文人作品与史料的关系应该正确看待。
The Chibi war that took place in the thirteen years (208 years) of the Jian’an period was a famous example in ancient China. The historical documents did not specify the specific place where the war took place. Therefore, there is still controversy over where the “Red Cliffs” are today. The most basic starting point for the study of this issue should be faithful to the account of the “Three Kingdoms”. There are basically seven “Red Cliffs” in Hubei Province. The relationship between the literati works and historical materials should be correctly viewed.
