近几年,在预制构件冬季施工过程中,我们多次采取以蒸汽养护法为主,其他冬季施工方法为辅的施工工艺,取得了很好的效果。现以潍坊市鸢都湖拦河闸工程中预制构件冬季施工工艺为例,作一简要阐述。1 工程概况 鸢都湖拦河闸工程的预制构件施工于1999年11月开始,至2000年3月结束,共计完成10m空心板120块,排架16块,机架桥板12块,检修桥板12块,施工期跨越冬季,采用了以棚罩式蒸汽养护法为主的冬季施工方法。2 冬季施工工艺2.1 冬季施工期限的确定 当年的初冬季节,连续5天稳
