为了探讨胰头癌浸润及转移规律,我们用自建的三株人胰头癌裸鼠移植瘤,接种在裸鼠背部、腹腔及爪垫皮下。结果表明:三株移植瘤背部接种均以局部浸润为主,可经淋巴道转移至局部淋巴结(PCT-3转移率为33%;PCT-4为40%;PCT-5为33%),无远处淋巴结和(或)脏器转移;腹腔接种及爪垫接种与背部皮下接种结果相似。肿瘤的生长速度和浸润及转移的能力与肿瘤分化程度有一定关系。
To investigate the invasion and metastasis of pancreatic head cancer, we used three self-built xenograft tumors of human pancreatic head cancer in nude mice and inoculated them on the back of the nude mice, in the abdominal cavity, and in the claw pad. The results showed that the three transplanted tumors were mainly infiltrated with local infiltration on the back and could be transferred to regional lymph nodes via lymphatics (33% for PCT-3, 40% for PCT-4, and 33% for PCT-5). Distant metastasis of lymph nodes and/or viscera; abdominal cavity inoculation and claw pad inoculation was similar to back subcutaneous inoculation. The rate of tumor growth and the ability to infiltrate and metastasize have a relationship with the degree of tumor differentiation.
