目的对泌尿外科腹腔镜手术并发症的原因进行分析和探讨,并总结其预防方法。方法选取120例行腹腔镜手术患者,对患者的临床资料进行回顾式分析,分析患者出现并发症的原因。结果所有患者均成功完成手术,其中有21例患者出现并发症,并发症发生率为17.5%,有6例术中并发症,包括1例胸膜损伤,1例气囊破裂,腹膜损伤2例,曲卡穿刺损伤出血2例,另15例为术后并发症,包括尿漏3例,切口感染4例,皮下气肿5例,3例术后继发出血,所有21例患者经过积极的治疗后,病情均得到有效控制,均已好转。结论在泌尿外科中,患者采用腹腔镜手术治疗后,需要格外留意患者的术后症状,密切关注患者的各项生命体征,尽可能降低患者并发症发生率,针对患者出现的异常情况进行积极治疗,努力提高患者的健康质量,促进患者的康复进程。 Objective To analyze and discuss the causes of complications of urology laparoscopic surgery and summarize its prevention methods.
