在摸清 CCD等光电器件的辐射效应及机理后 ,根据具体工作环境的要求 ,研究在核辐射的水中工作的电视观测系统的设计。探讨了 CCD的 γ电离辐射 (累积损害 )效应。主要分析了 γ射线对 CCD的表面损伤效应和对 CCD各结构部分的影响 ,以及 γ射线对 CCD工作参数漂移的影响 ,提出了 CCD抗 γ累积剂量辐射加固的主动及被动方案。介绍了在核辐射的水中工作的电视观测系统不同于普通电视观测系统的一些技术问题及在实际工程设计中采用的几项关键技术。
After studying the radiation effect and mechanism of photoelectric devices such as CCD, the design of television observation system for working in nuclear radiation water is studied according to the requirement of specific work environment. The effects of γ ionizing radiation (cumulative damage) on CCD were discussed. This paper mainly analyzes the effect of γ-ray on the surface of CCD and the influence on each CCD structure part, as well as the influence of γ-ray on the drift of CCD working parameters. The active and passive schemes of CCD anti-γ dose radiation reinforcement are proposed. This paper introduces some technical problems that the television observation system working in the water of nuclear radiation is different from the ordinary television observation system and several key technologies used in the actual engineering design.
