高职教育的目标是为社会培养所需的高素质复合型人才,它以就业为导向。然而,在高职英语教学过程中,却存在着同质化和单一化教学的现象,极大地影响着高职教育人才的培养。本文通过对个性化教学的介绍,阐述了我国高职英语英语个性化人才培养教学模式的意义,在深入分析目前高职英语教学现状的基础上,针对性地分析了基于个性化人才培养模式的高职英语教学对策。
The goal of higher vocational education is to cultivate the high-quality and complex talents needed for the society. It is employment-oriented. However, in the process of vocational English teaching, there is a phenomenon of homogenization and unitary teaching, which greatly affects the cultivation of qualified personnel in higher vocational education. Based on the introduction of personalized teaching, this essay elaborates the significance of personal English teaching mode in English teaching in higher vocational colleges. Based on the analysis of the present situation of English teaching in higher vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the characteristics of individualized personnel training mode Vocational English Teaching Strategies.
