医院空气与物体表面微生物污染程度,直接关系到医院内感染率发生的高低。1989年1~8月份,作者对二所医院的空气与物体表面微生物进行了监测,现将结果报道如下。(一)监测方法1.空气细菌检测:在采样点距地面1m处用LWC—Ⅰ型离心式空气微生物采样器,将空气中细菌直接收入培养基基条上,空气流量为每分钟40l,细菌总数采样时间为1min; α·β链球菌为2min。将基条置37℃培养24h,按下式计算出空气细菌含量:
