应用型人才培养正成为我国高校教育的热点问题,新建地方本科院校在我国高校中数量最多。文章结合个案调查以行政管理专业为例,认为新建地方本科院校行政管理专业应用型人才培养的制约条件主要有学校品牌影响力弱、专业理论积淀不够、产学研用结合度差、实践条件极为欠缺四个方面,并分别从优势性差异化人才培养思路、灵活性师资引进政策、项目带动产学研用结合、改革专业实践方案四个方面提出针对性的对策建议。
Application-oriented personnel training is becoming a hot issue in China’s higher education. The number of newly-built local undergraduate colleges is the highest in our country. Taking the case study as an example, this article takes the case of administrative management as an example. It holds that the restrictive conditions for the training of applied talents in newly-established local undergraduate colleges include the weak brand influence of the schools, the insufficient accumulation of professional theories, the poor combination of production, study and research, and the extreme practical conditions It lacks four aspects and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the following four aspects: the cultivation of differentiated talents, the introduction of flexible teachers, the project-driven combination of industry, education and research and the reform of professional practice.
