根际土壤的特点是范围狭小,理化、生物性质处在不断变动之中,因此要求有一些与此相适应的研究方法。微电极法是一种可供选择的测定根际离子环境的方法。但要正确使用它必须懂得其制作、性能和使用技术。本文根据多年的工作经验介绍PH、K~+、Ca~(2+)等微电极的制作技巧和在土壤中应用时所遇到的理论和技术问题及其解决途径;并列举了这些微电极的使用所得到的一些有用信息以及其它微电极可能应用的前景。
Rhizosphere soil is characterized by a narrow range of physical, chemical and biological properties in the constantly changing, and therefore require some research methods adapted to this. Microelectrode method is an alternative method to determine the environment of rhizosphere ions. But to use it correctly it must understand its production, performance and use of technology. Based on many years of work experience, this article introduces the production techniques of PH, K ~ +, Ca ~ (2+) and other microelectrodes and the theoretical and technical problems and their solutions encountered in the application of soil.
