绩效考核与激励政策对煤炭装运企业的发展具有促进作用,其不仅能够有效提高煤炭装运企业的工作效率,同时能促进员工之间形成良好的竞争关系,提升员工的创造力与生产能力。但目前,我国煤炭装运企业的绩效考核及激励机制却存在一些问题,制约企业实现快速发展。本文以煤炭装运企业的绩效考核与激励机制为视角,在对存在问题进行综合分析的基础上,总结问题解决方法,以期为煤炭装运企业的发展提供理论建议。
Performance appraisal and incentive policies can promote the development of coal shipping enterprises, which not only can effectively improve the efficiency of coal shipping enterprises, but also promote the formation of a good competitive relationship between employees and enhance the creativity and production capacity of employees. However, at present, there are some problems in the performance appraisal and incentive mechanism of China’s coal shipping enterprises, restricting the rapid development of the enterprises. From the perspective of performance appraisal and incentive mechanism of coal shipping enterprises, based on the comprehensive analysis of existing problems, this article sums up the solutions to the problems and hopes to provide theoretical suggestions for the development of coal shipping enterprises.
