我厂是生产水箱散热器黄铜带的专业厂,原来轧制过程中使用的润滑剂是菜油和机油。随着轧机的改造和轧制速度的提高,单用菜油和机油已不能适应生产需要,于是再增用皂化油乳液。但是使用皂化油乳液后,容易生成铜皂,乳液会发臭,遇酸变淡,甚至分层失效。这些因素造成乳液的润滑性能降低,使用寿命缩短,并且直接影响带材的表面质量。去年五月份起,我们在上海有色金属研究所第九研究室毛士淼等同志的推荐和具体指导下,以及红色冶炼厂润滑剂小组的大力支援下,在我厂初轧机及中轧机上采用喷液循环法试用了合成型润滑剂YD-3,并获得了较好的效果。在此基础上,我厂自己制造了生产设备,从今年一月份开始自行生产YD-3润滑剂以满足铜带轧制过程中的需要。

From May last year, we at the Shanghai Institute of Nonferrous Metal Ninth Research Institute Mao Miao and other comrades recommended and under the guidance of the Red Smelter Lubricants Group, with the strong support of the mill in our mill and rolling mill on the use of liquid spray Circulation method to test a synthetic lubricant YD-3, and get better results. On this basis, I plant to manufacture their own production equipment, starting from January this year, YD-3 lubricant produced to meet the needs of the copper strip rolling process.
