用同一诱导系JS6-1对6份不同血缘的F2代材料进行杂交诱导,调查统计了单倍体幼苗的存活数、单倍体植株的雌雄不协调数、授粉数及最终收获的单倍体穗数,对单倍体诱导率和结实率进行了研究。结果表明:不同玉米基础材料的单倍体诱导率和结实率存在较大差异,Q5的诱导率最高(12.8%),Q2的诱导率最低(8.7%)。不同基础材料的结实率Q3最高(54.4%),Q6最低(24.2%),最高结实率约是最低结实率的2.2倍。通过对单倍体结实率的研究发现,单倍体结实率与单倍体植株雌雄的协调性以及授粉成功率呈正相关,雌雄协调性对于单倍体结实率起到关键作用。
The same induction line JS6-1 was used to induce hybridization of 6 F2 progeny of different blood relatives. Survival numbers of haploid seedlings, uncoordinated number of male and female haploid plants, number of pollination and finally harvested haploid Spike number, haploid induction rate and seed setting rate were studied. The results showed that the haploid induction rate and seed setting rate of different maize basic materials were quite different. The highest induction rate of Q5 (12.8%) and the lowest induction rate of Q2 (8.7%) were observed. The seed setting rate of different basic materials was the highest (54.4%), the lowest was Q6 (24.2%), and the highest seed setting rate was about 2.2 times of the lowest seed setting rate. Through the study of haploid seed setting rate, the haploid seed setting rate was positively correlated with the coordination of male and female haploid plants and pollination success rate, and the male-male coordination played a key role in the haploid seed setting rate.
