目前,我国城市化进程不断加快,为缓解机动车为主导的城市出行压力,大城市或特大城市已大力发展公共交通系统及慢行出行系统,但对于大部分已经以机动车为主导但公共交通发展尚为欠缺的中小型城市来说,慢行出行的重要性尤为突出,因此,以慢行出行为导向的城市设计或多交通模式出行为导向的慢行系统设计成为“路权归还行人”的主要方式。由步行道和非机动车道构成的慢行网络是依托机动交通路网而形成的街道网络,而山地城市的城市形态及街道网络结合地形地势等环境特点发展,因此其慢行网络也具有三维特性。本文以此为出发点,选取酉阳县总体城市设计实践中以慢行为导向的街道网络形态研究,并基于该研究对酉阳县慢行系统设计的实践进行实验性探索。本文以空间句法及GIS平台分析为主要量化研究工具,分析研究范围内以慢行为导向的街道网络现存问题,并提出优化解决方案及具体控制措施,从而指导相应慢行系统设计。
At present, the process of urbanization in our country is accelerating. In order to ease the pressure of urban-oriented motor vehicles, metropolitan cities and mega-cities have made great efforts to develop public transport systems and slow-moving systems. The slow-moving network consisting of pedestrian and non-motorized lanes is a network of streets relying on motorized traffic networks. However, urban patterns and street networks in mountainous cities are developed in combination with environmental characteristics such as terrain and topography. Therefore, the slow-moving network also has three-dimensional characteristics . This article takes this as the starting point, chooses the street behavior of the street network in the overall urban design practice of Youyang County, and studies the practice of the design of the slow walking system in Youyang County based on this research. In this paper, spatial syntax and GIS platform analysis as the main quantitative research tools to analyze the scope of the existing slow-behavior-oriented street network problems and propose optimization solutions and specific control measures to guide the corresponding slow system design.
