目的分析依达拉奉联合舒血宁对急性脑梗死的疗效。方法从2014年1月到2015年1月山西汾阳医院和北京医科大学附属医院收治的急性脑梗死80例,观察记录这些患者用药前后神经功能缺损和药物反应等。结果从80例患者的临床分析结果来看,所有患者使用依达拉奉联合舒血宁的治疗效果都很好,副作用少。结论依达拉奉联合舒血宁对急性脑梗死的治疗效果非常明显,有效改善了患者的神经功能缺损。
Objective To analyze the effect of edaravone and shuxuening on acute cerebral infarction. Methods From January 2014 to January 2015, 80 cases of acute cerebral infarction were treated in Shanxi Fenyang Hospital and Beijing Medical University Affiliated Hospital. The neurological deficits and drug reactions of these patients were recorded before and after treatment. Results From the clinical analysis of 80 patients, all patients treated with Edaravone combined with Shuxuening treatment effect are good, less side effects. Conclusion Edaravone combined with Shuxuening treatment of acute cerebral infarction is very obvious, effectively improving the patient’s neurological deficit.
