Objective: To establish the reference value of blood sugar, lipid, protein and enzyme in early neonates. Methods: Micro automatic biochemical analysis. Results: The blood sugar, total cholesterol and triglyceride in early neonates were related to the age at birth, and showed an increasing trend (P <0.05). The levels of AST, γ-GT, LDH, HBDH, ALP, CK and ALP were negatively correlated with age, and decreased with the increasing of age. Among them, γ-GT, LDH and CK were related to gender (P <0.05). Early neonatal and adult blood glucose, serum lipids, serum proteins and enzymes were significantly different (P <0.01). It is worth mentioning that due to physiological characteristics of early neonatal blood glucose levels of 2.22 ± 0.89mmol / L, lower than previously reported in the literature. Conclusion: The blood glucose, blood lipids, serum proteins and enzymes of early neonates are related to their age, sex and other factors. There are significant differences between them in adults and adults.
