各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市及新疆生产建设兵团商务主管部门、文化厅(局)、广播影视局、新闻出版局,各有关单位:为发挥中华文化的传统优势,鼓励和支持我国文化企业参与国际竞争,提高国际竞争力,扩大我国文化产品和服务出口,商务部、外交部、文化部、广电总局、新闻出版总署、国务院新闻办共同制定了《文化产品和服务出口指导目录》,并于2007年4月对外发布(商务部公告2007年第27号)。根据该公告,商务部、文化部、广电总局和新闻出版总署拟认定2007—2008年度中国文化出口重点企业和重点项目。

According to the announcement, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Culture, State Administration of Radio, Film and Television and Press and Publication Administration intend to identify 2007-2008 Chinese Culture Export Key Enterprises and Key Projects.
