由于前苏联的移民热潮，使１９８９ 年后期，以色列人口增加了１２％ 以上，严重影响了以色列的卫生保健系统。本研究对在Ｔｅｌ－Ａｖｉｖ 地区的门诊部就诊的部分前苏联移民进行采访，以探讨他们与以色列医疗服务组织和文化方面的遭遇。以色列医疗服务仪器设备的配置优于前苏联，而服务提供者与病人之间的交往存在严重的缺陷，体现了语言上的障碍和疾病与治疗方面的文化差异。
Thanks to the immigration boom in the former Soviet Union, Israel’s population increased by more than 12% in late 1989, seriously affecting Israel’s health care system. This study interviewed some former Soviet immigrants who came to the clinic in the Tel-Aviv region to discuss their experience with Israeli medical service organizations and culture. The configuration of Israel’s medical service equipment is better than that of the former Soviet Union, and there are serious flaws in the interaction between service providers and patients, reflecting language barriers and cultural differences in disease and treatment.
