在温州蜜柑“宫川”盛花期后的60—90天期间,喷洒50—300 ppm IZAA(Ethyehlo zate,Ethyl-5-chloro-1H-3-indazolyl-acetate,J455,Figaron)药液2次,有提早果实成熟和改善品质的效果:使采收期提前7—10天;增加了果汁内可溶性固形物、糖分、氨基酸和维生素C的含量;对酸度影响不明显。糖的组分中主要增加了蔗糖量,对葡萄糖、果糖量影响较小。脯氨酸、谷氨酸、赖氨酸、丝氨酸、精氨酸等含量均高于对照。IZAA对温州蜜柑的单株结果数、单果重和可食率都没有不良影响。
50-300 ppm of IZAA (Ethyehlo zate, Ethyl-5-chloro-1H-3-indazolyl-acetate, J455, Figaron) was sprayed twice for 60-90 days after the flowering period of “Gongchuan” Early maturity and improve the quality of the results: the harvest period 7-10 days in advance; increase the soluble solids content of the juice, sugar, amino acids and vitamin C content; no significant effect on the acidity. Sugar components mainly increase the amount of sucrose, glucose, fructose less affected. Proline, glutamic acid, lysine, serine, arginine and other content were higher than the control. IZAA had no adverse effect on the number of fruit per plant, fruit weight and edible rate of Satsuma.
