目的:探讨助产士分级管理的临床价值,提高助产士的工作效率。方法:浙江省台州市博爱医院自2014年9月开始对助产士实施分级管理模式,分别选取实施前后阴道分娩产妇各700例作为对照组和观察组,统计两组产妇会阴伤口感染、会阴侧切、宫颈裂伤、产后出血和新生儿窒息发生率,以及两组护理投诉、护理事故和护理缺陷发生率。结果:观察组会阴侧切、宫颈裂伤、产后出血和新生儿窒息发生率分别为62.00%、0.14%、0.57%和0.43%,对照组分别为79.86%、1.00%、1.29%和1.14%;观察组护理投诉、护理缺陷发生率均为0.14%,对照组分别为1.14%和0.86%,两组比较,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:助产士分级管理模式有利于提高产科质量和护理质量,是一种科学的产房管理方法。
Objective: To explore the clinical value of midwife management and improve the work efficiency of midwives. Methods: Pok Oi Hospital of Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province began to carry out grading management mode for midwives since September 2014. 700 maternal vaginal delivery women were selected as control group and observation group respectively before and after vaginal delivery. The incidences of perineal wound infection, perineal excision, Laceration, postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia, as well as two sets of nursing complaints, nursing accidents and the incidence of nursing defects. Results: The incidences of episiotomy, cervical laceration, postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia in observation group were 62.00%, 0.14%, 0.57% and 0.43% respectively, while those in control group were 79.86%, 1.00%, 1.29% and 1.14% Group nursing complaints, the incidence of nursing defects were 0.14% in the control group were 1.14% and 0.86%, the two groups were significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion: The midwife management model is helpful to improve obstetrics quality and nursing quality. It is a scientific maternity management method.
