指出现有的基于曲线逼近分析的刀位计算精度控制原理存在的不足 ,提出基于曲面离散基本单元 ( MODM)模型的 NC刀位计算原理 ;给出了利用 MODM模型生成等参数线刀轨、截面线刀轨以及特殊形式刀轨的方法 ;对有关方法分别进行了程序实现并给出计算实例。程序实现的结果表明 ,基于 MODM的刀轨生成方法在计算效率、精度控制可靠性、刀轨生成能力等方面有独特的优点。
It points out the shortcomings of existing control theory of cutter position calculation based on curve approximation analysis, and proposes the NC cutter position calculation principle based on surface discrete basic unit (MODM) model. The tool path and the special form of tool path; respectively, the method for the implementation of the program and gives a calculation example. The results of the program show that the generation of tool path based on MODM has unique advantages in terms of computational efficiency, accuracy control reliability and tool path generation ability.
