中国自从加入世界贸易组织以来,在外贸经济发展的这一块面临着非常严峻的挑战,所以我国的市场经济体制就需要加强完善。在这种情况下,我国的对外贸易方面的经济法体系明显地显示出了不足,与整个世界贸易组织的规则凸显着不和谐的音符。本文主要是探讨为了能够让我国利用世贸组织的优势,来大力发展我国的经济,我们必须要重塑我国的涉外经济法律体系。 Since joining the World Trade Organization, China has faced a very serious challenge to the development of its foreign trade economy. Therefore, China’s market economic system needs to be strengthened and perfected. Under such circumstances, the system of economic law in our country’s foreign trade obviously shows its inadequacy and highlights the discordant notes with the rules of the WTO as a whole. This article mainly explores that in order to enable our country to make full use of the advantages of the WTO to develop our economy vigorously, we must reshape our country’s foreign economic legal system.
