通过在欧洲两个大型公司的经验,研究他们如何通过平衡发展来做大,特别是中国商用车合资企业如何发展的经验我现在负责依维柯中国总部的业务,包括负责进口高档卡车以及和上汽集团建立的两家合资企业。相对于前辈来讲,我是比较年轻的,加入依维柯时间不算太长,大概不到两年时间。之前我在梅赛德斯-奔驰卡车服务了16年。在戴姆勒时代,我主要做过采购、战略和发展,在最后五年,我负责梅赛德斯-奔驰卡车在中国的进口车业务。2011年有幸受到菲亚特工业集团马尔乔内的邀请,加入依维柯负责中国的业务。
Through the experience of two large companies in Europe to study how they are able to grow by balancing their growth, especially the development of China’s commercial vehicle joint ventures. I am now responsible for the business of Iveco’s headquarters in China. I am responsible for importing high-end trucks and establishing SAIC Group The two joint ventures. In the Daimler era, I mainly did purchasing, strategy and development. In the last five years, I was responsible for the imported car business of Mercedes-Benz trucks in China. 2011 was fortunate enough to receive the invitation of Fiat industrial group Malchow, joined Iveco responsible for China’s business.
