1台XG807W型轮式挖掘机从高速挡切换到低速挡后无法行走。本文在介绍该机高低速换挡控制电路工作原理基础上,进行故障排查。1.控制电路工作原理该轮式挖掘机液压驱动行走机构设置了齿轮传动的高低速变速器。若高低速变速器换挡时挡位齿轮切换不到位,不仅会造成换挡后无法行驶,还可能造成打齿,影响该变速器使用寿命。为此,该机设置了高低速变速器换挡控制电路如附图所示。切换高低速挡位应在停机时进行,切换时,先踩下行驶制动器脚制动开关或扳动驻车开关,
