顶岗实习已经成为高职高专教学中的一个重要环节,学生在顶岗实习过程中问题颇多,笔者通过访谈法、观察法及个案研究分析得出实习指导老师可以结合学生和职业的特点为学生量身打造职业生涯规划,进而解决学生顶岗实习管理中难题,保证顶岗实习的顺利完成。
