利用X射线光电子能谱研究了TiO2超微粒子和其薄膜的原子组成及结合状态.研究表明TiO2超微粒子及其薄膜都不同程度含有结晶水和TiOH基团.在TiO2超微粒子表面吸附有乙醇、丙酮等有机化合物.低温烧结对TiO2超微粒子内部结构影响不明显,而对其表面状态有显著影响.
The atomic composition and bonding state of TiO2 ultrafine particles and their films were studied by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Studies have shown that both TiO2 ultrafine particles and their films contain varying degrees of water of crystallization and TiOH groups. TiO2 ultrafine particles adsorbed on the surface of ethanol, acetone and other organic compounds. Low temperature sintering has no obvious effect on the internal structure of TiO2 ultrafine particles, but has a significant effect on its surface state.
