目的研究米索前列醇片及双氯灭痛栓在人流术中镇痛及宫颈扩张作用。方法观察组术前应用米索前列醇片阴道放置及双氯灭痛栓塞肛,对照组术前未用任何药物,比较其术中镇痛作用及宫颈扩张作用。结果观察组术中镇痛作用明显,宫颈扩张明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,(P<0.05)。结论米索前列醇片及双氯灭痛栓用于人工流产术有较好的镇痛及宫颈扩张作用。
Objective To study the analgesic and cervical dilation effects of misoprostol and diclofenac-suppository in abortion. Methods The patients in the observation group were treated with misoprostol in vaginal placement and diclofenac embolism before operation. The control group was given no medication before operation, and their intraoperative analgesia and cervical dilatation were compared. Results The analgesic effect of the observation group was obvious, and the cervical dilatation was significantly higher than that of the control group, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion Misoprostol tablets and diclofenac bolt for abortion have better analgesia and cervical dilatation.
