本文报道了分月扇舟蛾核型多角体病毒的室内毒力测定。结果表明,接种3龄幼虫可湿性粉剂的致死中浓度LC50为1.43×102PIB/ml、乳剂LC50为3.25×102PIB/ml,与病毒标准品LC50的52.23PIB/ml相比差异不显著,可湿性粉剂的LC50比乳剂的LC50低56%,并有缩短潜伏期的趋势,表明可湿性粉剂杀虫效果优于乳剂。致死中时LT50值随感染浓度增加而减少,同一浓度感染不同虫龄幼虫,病毒感染潜伏期随虫龄增加而延长。
In this paper, we report the indoor toxicity of Sparivorus moth nuclear polyhedrosis virus.
