1.故障现象我们在对某型工程机械进行试机时发现,用脚踏板控制发动机油门时,其液压系统回油过滤器处发出较大的“咕咕咕”异响,用手动旋扭控制油门时却没有异响。以前测试该型工程机械时,回油过滤器并没有异响,说明该批次回油过滤器存在问题。2.故障排查该工程机械液压系统回油油路液压油依次通过散热器、油回过滤器、背压阀,最后到达液压油箱,如图1a所示。散热器设置了旁通阀,若散热器发生堵塞,液压系统回油通过旁通阀、回油过滤器和背压阀流回液
