为了促进和加强消防宣传工作,增强全民消防意识,树立武警消防部队的良好形象,更好地为经济建设、改革、开放服务,安徽省消防总队、《安徽日报》社、《安徽法制报》社、安徽电视台、安徽广播电台等单位,决定共同举办1989年消防优质稿件评选活动,并于4月11日致函各新闻单位。函中说,凡1989年在安徽省地、市级以上报刊、电台、电视台发表的有关消防方面的稿件,均可参加评选,但原则上每新闻单位刊播数量应在15篇(件)
