Objective To investigate the value of CDFI in detecting the superficial veins of the abdominal wall and provide the basis for the clinical application of the superficial abdominal artery flap. Methods CDFI was used to examine the bilateral ventral superficial veins in 60 healthy volunteers. Observed on both sides of the occurrence rate, take the form of level, with the relationship between the location of the inguinal ligament beyond the inguinal ligament midpoint and the diameter of the abdominal wall, arterial diameter, PSV, PI. Results 120 sides of the inferior abdominal wall were detected in 102 sides of the superficial abdominal artery, the display rate was 85.00%, the superficial veins of the superficial vein was 120, the display rate was 100%. The location of the arteriovenous vein over the inguinal ligament was (5.54 ± 8.12) mm and (-6.75 ± 9.39) mm, respectively. The diameter of the origin of superficial abdominal artery (D1) was (1.52 ± 0.18) mm, the diameter of the inguinal ligament (D2) was (0.70 ± 0.12) mm, PSV was (21.10 ± 2.99) cm / s, PI was 1.68 ± 0.25. The D1, D2, PSV and PI of the left and right arteries were not statistically significant (P> 0.05). The D1, D2, PSV and PI of the men were higher than those of the women (P <0.05). Conclusions CDFI can clearly display and locate the superficial veins of the abdominal wall. It has the advantages of simple operation, no injury and high repetitiveness. It can evaluate the vessels of the superficial abdominal artery flap before operation and provide the imaging for the design of intraoperative flap in accordance with.
