本文较详细研究了在表面活性剂CTMAB的存在下,M0(Ⅵ)—F-—对二甲氨基苯基荧光酮显色体系水相光度法测定微量钼的新方法。缔合物的最大吸收峰在558nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为4.43×104L·mol(-1)·cm(-1)。钼含量分别在0~10μg/25ml和15~40μg/25ml范围内遵守比耳定律。试验了20种离子的干扰情况。应用该体系测定了土壤中的含钼量,获得较满意的结果。
In this paper, a new method for the determination of trace molybdenum by M0 (Ⅵ) -F-p-dimethylaminophenylfluorone colorimetric system in the presence of surfactant CTMAB has been studied in detail. The maximum absorption peak of the complex was at 558 nm with an apparent molar absorptivity of 4.43 × 104 L · mol -1 -1 · cm -1. The molar content of molybdenum obeys Beer’s law in the range of 0 ~ 10μg / 25ml and 15 ~ 40μg / 25ml respectively. 20 types of ions were tested for interference. The system was applied to determine the content of molybdenum in the soil, and obtained satisfactory results.
