目前,艺术文化产业的发展已经提高到了一定的战略高度上,而要怎样真正的实现并且提高文化产业的快速发展还需要多方面的共同努力,核心因素便是要注重文化艺术管理所发挥的作用。国内在做文化产业过程中不论是在观念还是在实践上均未认识到文化艺术管理的重要作用,而对文化企业任用的管理者同样没有按照职业化经理人的标准进行挑选,对管理人员任用的不规范,致使文化企业的发展很难具备竞争力,不能做大做强。若要大力快速的发展文化产业就必须要突破以往传统的观念做法。主要方法是通过改变之前家族式的管理方式,使粗放型的生产运营模式变成集约型,录用专业管理人员进行企业管理,进而使企业能够得到健康快速发展。
