Cerebral ischemia induces the expression of heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) in nerve cells and is thought to have a neuroprotective effect in the damage induced by cerebral ischemia. Seibeline selectively blocks excessive Ca2 + influx, reduce ischemic nerve injury. In this paper, we used Renal Vascular Hypertensive Rats (RHR) to make cerebral ischemia-reperfusion model to evaluate the protective effect of Sibelium on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury
