清洁发展机制(CDM)项目是发达国家向发展中国家进行低碳技术转移的重要途径之一。中国是CDM项目的大国,为研究CDM项目在我国分布的区域差异性,探究低碳技术转移的实现路径,首先用因子分析法提炼区域特征指标,再用聚类法将中国30个省市分为4类区域。然后研究了2005~2013年间区域CDM项目分布的影响因素。结果显示:区域技术投入对CDM项目分布存在抑制作用,技术水平越高的区域其影响愈大;经济发展水平则与CDM项目分布呈正相关,区域可以通过提升经济实力带来更多的CDM投资机遇;而能源投资因其与温室气体排放密切相关,所以对CDM项目分布有正向影响;产业结构是造成CDM项目分布区域差异性的主要因素,区域产业结构中第二产业比重对CDM项目的分布产生积极的影响。
The Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) project is one of the important ways for developed countries to transfer low-carbon technologies to developing countries. China is a big country in CDM project. In order to study the regional disparity of CDM projects in China and to explore the way to realize low-carbon technology transfer, firstly, factor analysis is used to extract regional characteristic indexes, and then the cluster method is used to divide 30 provinces in China For 4 types of area. Then we study the influencing factors of regional CDM project distribution from 2005 to 2013. The results show that regional technology investment has an inhibitory effect on the distribution of CDM projects, and the impact is greater in regions with higher technological levels. The level of economic development is positively correlated with the distribution of CDM projects, and the region can bring more CDM investment opportunities through enhancing economic strength ; While energy investment is closely related to the emission of greenhouse gases, so it has a positive impact on the distribution of CDM projects. The industrial structure is the main factor contributing to the regional disparities of CDM projects. The distribution of secondary industries in the regional industrial structure to CDM projects Have a positive impact.
