一、材料和方法 选用地方自交系大二39、威12、大135、大青133、毕115及二环系44-16-2和外引的白302硬(唐山31),多55(中国农科院遗传育种所引进)等8个材料。采用格列芬完全双列杂交第四种方法,于1983年配制杂交组合为1/2P( P-1)=28个,于1984年播种于本所试验农场第五号地内,各组合分行种植,每行十二株随机排列,三次重复,行窝距0.8×0.5(m),成熟时除去两头,取中间10株各年株进行考种后,以产量进行配合力测定估算。 二、结果与讨论 (一)一般配合力 从表1中看出,一般配合力以白302硬居首位,次为大二39,再次是威12。这三个
