经实验室验证,建立起一种测量蒸汽干度及流量的新方法,并已成套化,应用于热力法提高采收率。本方法包括一个具有系列临界流量的孔板流量计。通过孔板的介质流为亚临界状态。临界流量表可以是静态的节流阀、文丘里管、喷嘴或者厚孔板等等。孔板及临界流的蒸汽流量方程是由常规导出的经验公式建立起来的。这两个方程联立求解即可确定蒸汽干度及流量。本测量系列的基本机械部件价廉耐用。压方传感器和流量计算机为便携式并可用于现场检测及连续监控。利用所获取的蒸汽干度和流量信息可以评价蒸汽分配系统的性能并确定需改进的分配系统管道。
After laboratory verification, established a new method for measuring steam dryness and flow, and has been completed, used in the thermal method to enhance oil recovery. This method includes an orifice flowmeter with a series of critical flows. The flow of media through the orifice is subcritical. The critical flow meter can be a static throttle, a venturi, a nozzle or a perforated plate, and so on. The orifice and critical flow steam flow equations are established by the conventionally derived empirical equations. Solving these two equations together can determine the steam dryness and flow rate. The basic mechanical parts of this series are inexpensive and durable. Pressure sensors and flow computers are portable and can be used for on-site inspection and continuous monitoring. Using the acquired steam quality and flow information, the performance of the steam distribution system can be evaluated and the distribution system piping to be improved identified.
