为提高冷饮食品的卫生质量,现将我市1996~2000年冷饮食品微生物指标检测结果做以讨论分析,便于今后加大监督管理力度,保障人民身体健康。1 材料与方法1.1 材料 以1996~2000年冷饮食品抽样检测结果登记、检测结果及报表为材料依据。1.2 方法 对随机抽取的样品,按国家食品卫生检验方法(微生物部分)进行检验。1.3 评价标准 按GB 2759.1-1996和GB 2759.2-1996进行判定,所检项目有1项超标即为不合格。
In order to improve the hygienic quality of cold drinks and foodstuffs, the results of microbiological tests on cold drinks and foods from 1996 to 2000 in our city are discussed and analyzed to facilitate the supervision and management in the future and ensure people’s health. 1 Materials and methods 1.1 Materials To 1996-2000 cold food sampling test results registration, test results and statements as the material basis. 1.2 Methods randomly selected samples, according to the national food hygiene inspection methods (microbial part) for testing. 1.3 Evaluation Criteria According to GB 2759.1-1996 and GB 2759.2-1996 to be judged, the inspection of an item that is exceeded is unqualified.
