采用水力学模型试验方法研究了中、小型转炉溅渣工艺参数对炉衬各部位溅渣量的影响。结果表明:炉衬不同高度溅渣量很不均匀,氧枪高度、初始熔池深度(留渣量)和氮气流量对炉衬各部位所获得的溅渣量有显著影响。为使炉衬各部位获得更多的溅渣量,氧枪高度与熔池直径比应为0.60~0.70、留渣量应尽量多。另外,对于耳轴上部,氮气滞止压力应大于1.1MPa;对于耳轴下部,氮气滞止压力应为0.85~0.95MPa。
The influence of slag splashing process parameters on the amount of slag splashing in each part of the lining was studied by using the hydraulic model test method. The results show that the amount of slag splashing is very uneven at different heights. The height of the lance, the initial depth of the molten pool (residual slag) and the flow rate of nitrogen have a significant influence on the amount of slag splashing obtained in each part of the lining. In order to obtain more parts of the lining slag splashing, oxygen lance height and the weld pool diameter ratio should be 0.60 ~ 0.70, leaving the amount of residue should be as much. In addition, the upper part of the trunnion, nitrogen stagnation pressure should be greater than 1.1MPa; for trunnion lower, nitrogen stagnation pressure should be 0.85 ~ 0.95MPa.
