目的探讨百令胶囊治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的临床疗效。方法选取郫县人民医院2013—2014年入院的128例COPD患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组64例。对照组患者采用传统治疗,试验组加服百令胶囊,比较两组患者治疗前后血气分析指标〔动脉血氧分压(PO2)与动脉血二氧化碳分压(PCO2)〕、肺功能〔第1秒用力呼气末容积占用力肺活量百分比(FEV1/FVC)与6min步行距离(6-MWT)]与COPD相关临床指标。结果治疗前两组患者PO2与PCO2水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后试验组患者PO2水平高于对照组,PCO2水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者FEV1/FVC与6-MWT水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后试验组患者FEV1/FVC与6-MWT水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者急性发作次数少于对照组,稳定期持续时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论百令胶囊治疗COPD的临床疗效显著,可有效提高PO2水平,改善肺功能,延长稳定期持续时间,减少急性发作次数。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Bailing capsule in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods 128 cases of COPD admitted to Shexian People’s Hospital from 2013 to 2014 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 64 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated by traditional method. The test group was given Bailing capsule. The blood gas analysis indexes (PO2 and PCO2) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. The pulmonary function Forced end expiratory volumetric expiratory volume (FEV1 / FVC) and 6min walking distance (6-MWT)] with COPD-related clinical indicators. Results There was no significant difference in the levels of PO2 and PCO2 between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). After the treatment, the level of PO2 in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the level of PCO2 was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in FEV1 / FVC and 6-MWT between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). After treatment, FEV1 / FVC and 6-MWT in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group P <0.05). The number of acute attacks in the experimental group was less than that in the control group, and the duration of stable period was longer than that in the control group, with significant difference (P <0.05). Two groups of patients with adverse reactions, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Bailing capsule in the treatment of COPD is significant, which can effectively improve the level of PO2, improve pulmonary function, prolong the duration of stable period and reduce the number of acute episodes.
